Docs built by Docs4NIST are good.

[ ] Figure out how to redirect docs at https://ctcms.nist.gov/fipy.
[ ] Add a link to https://github.com/usnistgov/fipy/releases from https://pages.nist.gov/fipy/en/latest/USAGE.html#manual.
[ ] Explain that PDF is available from popup in https://pages.nist.gov/fipy/en/latest/USAGE.html#manual.

It's great to have a compiled and integrated pdf at https://pages.nist.gov/fipy/en/latest/USAGE.html#manual. But it took me a long time to find it, it stays at bottom right, a tiny prompt. If possible could you please make this link or pdf itself easier to find? That would be much better for those odd guys like me :)

BTW, command used to produce pdf file at https://www.ctcms.nist.gov/fipy/documentation/USAGE.html is not doing the job since option build_docs has been removed from the latest version. That page is created by sphinx 6.2.1.
