Refactor diffusion #128

This PR refactors the diffusion programs to make the code easier to reuse. Specifically, it

simplifies the boundary condition specification by eliminating the complicated fp_t bc[2][2] array, #122
relocates timestepping from devices back into main(), by introducing wrapper functions for device code, #126
merging the common discretization functions into numerics, #127
eliminating the cpu-analytical-diffusion code altogether, #125

This change is
