PHIN Guide says table to be referenced is PHVS_VitalSignResult_HITSP https://phinvads.cdc.gov/vads/ViewValueSet.action?oid=2.16.840.1.113883.3.88.12.80.62 , which does include the LOINC value '8302-2' for Height.
