UC Scenario - A04 Step - PID-3.4 Error notification is incorrect #31

The Tool is requiring PID-3.4 to be populated, but no example messages or requirement for this is in the PHIN Guide or Erratum.

When I populate the fields with "BgCtyChldrnUrgntCar&1231231234&NPI”, the Error notification goes away, but I'm thinking the requirement in the Profile Viewer is incorrect.

Needs to be checked by SS Profile analyst.

PID-3 is a CX (Extended composite ID with check digit) datatype. The fourth component of CX is Assigning authority. Based on the guide and the erratum, the component is Assigning authority has a usage "R" and is therefore required to be valued
