Duplicate profile showing in UI

I only uploaded one derived profile, but I see two of them in the UI

Also in the list of value set, the data seems duplicated as well:

here are the files I'm using profiles.zip

Actually, it's the list of value set that is wrong, here's what I have in the XML file for my derive profile:

So I should see four value sets: HL70300 HL70363_IZ HL70362 HL70361
