[BUG] Delete occurence slice in slicing table #1610

Describe the bug In both profiles and segments, when the slicing is of type OCCURRENCE, slices can't be removed from the table

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any IG
  2. Click on a profile or a segment
  3. Click on slicing
  4. Click on Add slicing
  5. Add slicing of type OCCURRENCE
  6. Click on plus button
  7. Click on red x button to delete that slice

Expected behavior The slice should be deleted but it's not
