Record repositoryUniqueId and homeCommunityId in test logs by default #570

Modify the BasicTransaction class to include values for repositoryUniqueId and homeCommunityId in the log files by default. This will allow later tests to use the data in reports.

If there is another report feature that can pull these values from from site definitions, that would work. I did not see that.
