IgxOrchestrationBuilder.groovy uses fixed values for Home Community ID and Repository Unique ID for the simulators it builds. These match the values for QHIN testing.
Need to update the class to allow for runtime configuration:
Should be able to set other fixed values
Should be able to have it generate new values as does IgOrchestrationBuilder.groovy
