Add example/test of saving/loading Recipes with off files #224

@{557058:34fe21d7-7863-4cd7-88d7-7f2a5c8eb7c2} would like to have off files based histograms show up as INL in a user friendly way

the plan is roughly

  1. Dan by hand calibrates the spectrometer and saves the recipes to disk
  2. run a script that asks dastard for the most recent off file, points at it, and opens the recipes from disk, then just plots the energy calibrated histogram every 5 seconds

I’m not sure how much work needs to be done for this, but it’s probably not a huge amount.
