Installation instructions in README no longer work #261

My recent experience with installing MASS involves using a virtual environment. That “just works”. But the README instructions do not reflect this approach. And according to the Université de Paris student sitting next to me, they do not work outside of a virtual environment. At least, he is getting permission errors when he tries without a Venv.

Improve installation instructions

Also start v0.8.2. Fixes #261
