Here at HEATES 2024, we are using the x-ray tube with Sm and Tb foils for calibration. I am unaware of any published data on the full line shapes (hmm--an opportunity), but the energies are known (NIST SRD-128/Deslattes 2003) and the widths are given in multiple references (see Zschornack 2007).
So make a line model using these data. It will be a good help to calibration here in Tōkai.
