As a Metaschema developer, in order to more easily react, fix, and interpret Schematron validation errors and more efficiently add or change Metaschema definitions, I would like IDE tools that present the definitions and validation results in a developer-friendly way.
Goals
[ ] Spike CSS styling for Metaschema definitions to make it easier to add or change them in a WIP branch
[ ] Spike CSS styling for SVRL results in a WIP branch
[ ] Design how to access/use through CI/CD generated results or minimal setup on developer workstations
[ ] Plan follow-on work for future issues/epic as appropriate

[ ] All OSCAL website and readme documentation affected by the changes in this issue have been updated. Changes to the OSCAL website can be made in the docs/content directory of your branch.
[ ] A Pull Request (PR) is submitted that fully addresses the goals of this User Story. This issue is referenced in the PR.
[ ] The CI-CD build process runs without any reported errors on the PR. This can be confirmed by reviewing that all checks have passed in the PR.
