SPIKE: Styling Metaschema Editing and Schematron Validation Results

User Story

As a Metaschema developer, in order to more easily react, fix, and interpret Schematron validation errors and more efficiently add or change Metaschema definitions, I would like IDE tools that present the definitions and validation results in a developer-friendly way.

Goals

• [ ] Spike CSS styling for Metaschema definitions to make it easier to add or change them in a WIP branch
• [ ] Spike CSS styling for SVRL results in a WIP branch
• [ ] Design how to access/use through CI/CD generated results or minimal setup on developer workstations
• [ ] Plan follow-on work for future issues/epic as appropriate

Acceptance Criteria
