As a Metaschema author defining flags or fields that contain an ID/UUID reference value, I want the ability to clearly indicate the flag/field is a linkage to other content and clearly define where that referenced content may be found.
Using the OSCAL Assessment Plan as an example, when defining the subject-uuid flag, I want to clearly define the following locations as the only valid locations for subject to be found:
Enable tools parsing metaschema to unambiguously "know" that a flag/field is intended to link to other content and where that other content may be found.
