Proposed Change: Some threats presented are specific to technologies that are primarily used in certain parts of the world should include that information to help reader's discriminate the applicability of threats.

Justification: More complete threat information.

Will add front matter to MTC and NISTIR to address this. Mostly US based threats featured.
