We should consider adding a link/reference on every threat page that links to any issues regarding that threat.

I've added this functionality by leveraging the Github API. @cjb9 @sdog-nist any thoughts or changes?

We will want to implement some sort of caching so that the AJAX request does not have to be performed for every page that is viewed.
