`nestor-dash` should remove data files upon server termination #18

Currently data files get uploaded to <home>/nestor-tmp/ but they currently remain there.

Could the atexit module be used to delete the old files upon stopping the flask server?

Honestly, the current vision is to have locally running dashboards, so the deletion of data might not be necessary. Still, for future reference, could be done with a "shutdown" function. Moving to functionality to 0.3.0
