Output Typed only columns in .h5 #27

Thanks to 81edd0dcd1dc7c0949ae1e6b28eed2484f2ca69d, we now have a way to map data columns (csv headers) and their "type". Only properly typed columns should get output in the hdfstore via the report tab.

Moving to 0.2.1 milestone, since this functionality is a pre-req of #16 .
