ODD-848: Fix About and Contact links #117

This PR addressing ODD-848 ("odi contact and email information") is a "re-do" of #115 (see this comment describing why).

From the original PR:

I made two changes to the header menu bar in this branch:

  1. Changed "Home" icon to text "About".
  2. Added "Contact" item that pointed to the help page in SDP.
