This is a follow-up to #168: as part of the API change to the preservation service, the service will return to MIDAS more extensive error messages if the submitted POD record is invalid. This allows the MIDAS team and/or the curator potentially more ability to assess what is wrong with the record.
This will be tested as hotfix on datapubtest in lieu of normal review. This PR is provided as a record for the addendum.
