Clean Up Extraneous Example Content

User Story:

As an OSCAL tools developer, in order to better understand the examples and adjacent documentation, I want the ./src/examples/ssp I want scripts, validation utilities, document, and design spec documents clearly identified, and obsolete information purged.

Goals:

Review current content in ./src/examples (as of https://github.com/usnistgov/oscal-content/tree/e3fdd8a8572a9de7daec08b00737910e0b84e40f/src/examples/ssp for this issue) and organize, identify, and purge obsolete documents from the list below.
