With Release Candidate 1, there are a few adjustments in the catalog format that may require changes in the demo preview/publishing XSLTs.

The RC1 change log should be examined, tests created, and XSLT adjusted to support the RC1 model. Both HTML and PDF should look good when produced from the current (Rev 5) catalog (and others that look like it).

This picks up #9 and #4.
