Includes improvements to preview; new "OSCAL generator" utility; native XSLT pseudo-randomized UUID generation support

Supersedes #16.

This PR also addresses usnistgov/metaschema#58 and usnistgov/oscal-content#68.

@david-waltermire-nist I have updated these to work with the latest valid models; while not perfect, this PR now aligns all display XSLTs with v1.0.0 (and adds a new 'generate OSCAL' utility, readmes and cleanup) Thanks!
