Java-based OSCAL and Metaschema tooling is being developed in other repositories, but documenting them on this site makes sense to the extent it saves effort and overhead.

We could have a page or pages under either or both Projects and Demos to document OSCAL Java (CLI and other) tooling, with links to their host repositories.

For example, for projects this can be done by providing Markdown in folder https://github.com/usnistgov/oscal-tools/tree/main/docs/content/projects.

I am going to remove this from the sprint but we should definitely discuss the long-term plan during backlog refinement.
