Use GitHub wiki, not Prose #1419

Address #1417

Can you both look over the wiki pages and check that things look ok. Anything else that you think might improve it would be good to know as well. Changes to the website are just to point at the new wiki and make the links in the sidebar sensible.

Remember to tear down the live site when merging or closing this pull request.
