Add DISQUS back to relevant pages #871

Include on individual landing pages, group comparisons and benchmark spec tables.

From what I've seen of Disqus, it's the realm of trolls and spambots. I think this bears more discussion.

FYI, We did have it before and there wasn't an issue. There were a few, but I just deleted any trash occasionally
