Think through list of items to include in the list on the no records found page. See the .custom.js lines on external search list.

Do we want to only include databases that aren't fully indexed, e.g., remove Pubmed and IEEE Xplore?
Do we want to include links to databases that aren't indexed, e.g., ASTM Standard?

Maybe add Markets and Markets? They use human readable url search syntax, e.g., https://www.marketsandmarkets.com/search.asp?Search=semiconductors
