There comments are based on what is currently visible to users. It's possible one or more of these has already been addressed:

  1. Analysis Assumptions: The “Residual Value Approach” drop-down was removed, but is still mentioned in the introductory paragraph.

  2. Electrical Rate Information: Could not find Excess Generation $/kWh rate for Pepco. (this is a value that will be difficult for some people to find, we need to add guidance in the information icon, i will draft something up)

  3. Solar PV System: Suggest changing label in header from ‘Solar PV System’ to ‘Solar PV Information’ to be consistent with format in other tabs, i.e. ‘Solar PV Costs’ tab. System Description pop up says ‘Longer description about the solar system’. There was never a shorter description entered, and the space is insufficient for a long description. Suggest removing ‘Longer’ and changing to ‘solar PV system’ to remove possibility of user confusion. (that looks like a placeholder. I will look at the pop up and provide new language.) Rated Efficiency: This is not marked as required, but it seems like important information. (I think you fixed this already)

  4. Solar PV Costs: State/Local Tax/etc. info box references Purchasing Details section (below) but there is no section with that label. Suggest updating to reference ‘Cash or Loan Option’ section.

For (1), add "(not shown here)" after "residual value". For (2), replace text in excess generation information icon with: "Price per unit of electricity produced ($/kWh), which is typically equal to or less than the electricity unit price for consumption and varies by utility. Should be provided in your electricity bill or utility rate schedule, on the provider website, or by the solar installer. See User Guide for additional guidance." For (3), change System Description tool tip text to: "General description of solar PV system being analyzed." For (4), I think you already resolved this issue. Additionally, change ""PPA Purchasing Option" heading to "PPA/Lease Option" and change "Include a Power Purchase Agreement Options?" to "Include a Power Purchase Agreement/Lease Options?"
