Content containing the use of check systems other than the OVAL and OCIL check systems SHALL NOT be considered well-formed with regards to SCAP

The text "Content containing the use of check systems other than the OVAL and OCIL check systems SHALL NOT be considered well-formed with regards to SCAP." is considered the normative text and has replaced the previous text of "This version of SCAP supports the use of only OVAL /or OCIL check systems in SCAP-conformant content. Use of these check systems SHALL be restricted as follows:" Requirement implementation updates are not needed, just the requirement text which has been complete.
