Prior to merging into repositories that use XProc 3.0, it would be prudent to mark extant XProc 1.0.

Let's change the file suffix to xp1 for XProc 1.0 files.

This permits a gradual migration to XProc 3.0, by introducing updated versions, without forcing anyone to move or migrate - we leave old stuff functioning in place.

NB: scripts as well as filenames must be updated.

Actually we are going with xproc inasmuch as some tools already bind this to XProc 1.0, and there is no immediate reason not to keep xproc for XProc 1.0 while we start using xpl for XProc 3.0 pipeline (steps).
