Add GitHub CD config to automatically build the kext for all commits on the master branch #27

I was building the kext manually for almost all commits on the master branch and felt, why not automate the project. The builds are running fine on my work and the built kext is working fine on my system (Intel AC Wireless 8265).

@usr-sse2 you might want to update the contents of the Release Notes which are automatically generated for each pre-release.

Updated the workflow to build kexts for both Big Sur & Catalina automatically on each commit
