Install Error: Missing export.plist #47

The directory /Users/xxxxxx does not contain an Xcode project, workspace or package. error: Couldn't load -exportOptionsPlist: The file “export.plist” couldn’t be opened because there is no such file.

xcode project opens correctly but the installer fails

Running xcode 13.1, OS Monterey 12.0.1
