Cannot select some retina resolutions on macOS 12.4 #62

I have an LG Ultrawide with a resolution of 3840x1600, which behaves horribly on macOS under normal circumstances. Previously, I was able to use RDM to force "retina" mode by selecting a resolution with a lighting bolt next to it, however now after updating to macOS 12.4, selecting this resolution does absolutely nothing.

I am able to select the next non-retina resolution of 3840x1600 using RDM, and the next available retina resolution of 3360x1400, but the retina 3840x1600 does not work.

I have tried adding the 3840x1600 w/ retina as a custom resolution in RDM to no avail.

Also hitting the same issue on 12.5.1 with a 3840x1600 dell AW3821DW, can select the next resolution down (3360x1400) but not 3840x1600 with the lightning bolt.

Same issue as well. Nothing happen when I click on the resolution with the bolt.

I'm having the same issue. I have a MacBook Air M1 2020 and a Dell S2421NX.
