No sensors on Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H-BK #685

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am not seeing any sensors for my Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H-BK motherboard. It shows 
the board in my equipment list, but there is no + symbol next to it and no 
sensors shown below.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
