Jamroom navbar and structure to header and footer, carousel of blog posts above the existing example html. There may be glitches, haven’t looked at this much since twibs was a beta, jr5 was beta as well.

Lets make this repo into a blank bootstrap skin then make another repo for jamroom specific decisions like "blog posts here" or "songs in this area".
