Remove all references to the template in production HTML #111

The template is excluded from the production release (it's in the /demo folder), but some relics of the template still remain.

Some of the icons use demo- classes, stuff like that. Do a close inspection of all of the files that are pushed out to ensure that any relics of the original template are removed.
