Can't add branch to usspeedskating/tempus #149

Ready to push updated noElimQT.txt, (Updated and added for skaters (40-60) My access does not give me the ability to add a branch?

Do I need to be added as a collaborator?

To submit a pull request, you'll need to fork the repo and submit a pull request that way.

Instructions

This is set up to prevent accidental pushes directly to the repo (Allowing access to create branches would also permit users to push directly to the repo).

It was a security setting. Try now?

Fork worked.. Going out for a walk and then I need to make dinner..

I should be able to fight through the branch now.
