Navigating away from manually entered results does not save the results #20

Describe the bug When manually entering results, if you click away from the results pane without saving, there's no prompt and everything entered is reverted.

Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the races page
  2. Enter race results on one line in the results pane
  3. Click on another race
  4. Click back on the original race
  5. Manually entered race results are missing

Expected behavior Manually entered results should present with a visual indicator that the results are unsaved (and potentially an undo button?)
