All input from the application should be validated for errors

Races Page
- Skater Entered in race had a starting position
- Are you Sure?
- When navigating away from results entry before saving.
- When Clearing Results
- Disable assigning skaters to a race after it's been raced.
- Validate skaters entered in race are assigned to the race
- Validate times match place
