When FinishLynx is configured, the CS is usually waiting for the results for come in. Currently, they see an empty pane with which they would manually enter results.
When FinishLynx (electronic timing) is configured, the manual data entry table should be hidden, by default, and replaced with a panel that indicates that Tempus is awaiting results from the server. Buttons should be available allowing the user to:
1) Manually enter results
-or-
2) Open the FinishLynx folder to inspect the files
When the user elects to manually enter the results, the arrival of a FinishLynx file must not overwrite the manual data entry. Instead, a visual cue must exist on the page to indicate that results have arrived and give the user the option to import the electronic timing results instead of doing a manual entry.
