Changed the text base layout to more colorful display.
have a button to show/hide setting
If you are not admin of the event, the page will autohide show/hide button :)

I tried to use some bootstrap to make the original one more beautiful

Implements event.html by putting the display of admin to event.html (to see what team) and allows member to send request to team :)
