For review by owner of grasshopper repo, includes files to produce figures in recent article submission.

@ustajan I'm going to go remove the excess data files (the files causing the large line diff) and make another commit to this PR.

After the second, commit this PR is significantly smaller without the data. Let me know if you would like me to pull out the proton raw data files as well or if this is alright.
