问题描述 / Bug description

这导致我运行sudo dnf makecache时，报告以下错误：

$ sudo dnf makecache

应该是这个问题吧？如果不是还请赐教。

由于网络原因同步较慢，出现了同步到一半的时候 repomd.xml 上游更新了的情况。正在尝试处理。

根据 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Mirroring/Tiering#Tier_1_mirrors 的 Tier-1 镜像表，从 mirror.liquidtelecom.com 更换为了 ftp-stud.hs-esslingen.de 同步，同步带宽大致可以达到 2MB/s，现在正在重新同步。
