ubuntu-ports: fix incomplete sed command

Fixed the issue with the missing /ubuntu-ports path in the sed command example. The original command incorrectly pointed apt source to the root directory of the mirror site.

sorry, 确认了一下，ubuntu官方的arm版本确实是有/ubuntu-ports路径的。 我的本地环境是armbian，这样看这似乎是armbian的sources.list格式不规范造成的问题：
