Page rotation doesn't work for next-to-last page in Flash viewer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit the adaptive viewer demo at 
http://devaldi.com/adaptiveui/Intl_Monetary_Fund.php?ro=flash,html
2. Visit page 13/14 (or next to last page if you change the document)
3. Attempt to rotate page 13.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that page 13 will rotate. Instead either page 12 or page 14 
rotates (depending on which is more in view possibly?)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I've managed to replicate this problem on both the older version of Flexpaper 
we're using in production (2.0 maybe?) as well as the newest version (2.1.5) 
locally.

Hi, we have just detected the same issue in our pdf flexpaper, we installed it 
on September 2013 commercial version.
