refactor/futures: Migrate to futures/tokio #13

Copy the source across from canndrew/tokio-nat-traversal.

This is very much not-up-to-QA-standards, but I wanted to keep the changes from HEAD of the other repo minimal. Things like rustfmt etc. will be fixed up soon in some follow-up PRs.
