Separate example code from boilerplate #44

To keep the boilerplate repository focussed on providing an easily reusable project the example will be moved into a separate repository.

This repository will contain the boilerplate with vanilla formatting and only the dependencies that are required by the boilerplate. The example and its dependencies will be moved to a repository that demonstrate how to use the boilerplate.

Sample code is removed from the boilerplate. boilerplate-example is underway.
