Remove .idea folder from version control

Remove .idea folder:

• we are using default code formatting. If we want to share our code styles we can do so in other ways.
• it's problematic when creating a project from the boilerplate
• it goes out of date too quickly and could force people to need to upgrade Android Studio to use the boilerplate
