Features/mitmproxy upgrade #37

This is a relatively big change due the differences between mitmproxy 0.15 and 0.17.

This PR would benefit from some proper manual testing, @concertman are you up for it?

If so, I can download the attached zip, decompress it and use it instead of your normal install (no need to replace it, just use it with the full route).

If you want to verify it is the correct binary, doing ./mastermind --version will show you: mastermind features-mitmproxy-upgrade.

mastermind-vfeatures-mitmproxy-upgrade-osx-amd64.tar.gz

If everything is correct, please don't merge, I will do it

@arnau This looks good. Once the CI passes it should be ready to merge
