Limited Use of Feature Request tool #13

There used to be some type of single-sign on that would allow us to go to the features board from Pilot and be logged in - that doesn't seem to be available and I can't see a way to setup an account - I can submit ideas through Pilot (as long as they are under a certain length) and vote up ideas as an anonymous user - but I don't see any way to comment.

4/17/24 Email Follow Up As we are working more with Pilot now, we would love to be able to work with the feature request platform at:

But the issue I mentioned below from November of last year still seems to be a problem where we are unable to login to comment or vote on any of those ideas. You mentioned that Kelso was going to reach out to Frill – have you ever heard anything back on that? I was going to comment on a couple of issues today – but it appears that it not possible unless you are logged in, but I am unable to login or setup a new account even. It is a great platform when it works - Is this something you are working on?

11/28/23 Email I do have some feedback on a couple of things and tried to post them to the ideas space yesterday, but was having some troubles doing so – here is a quick overview of what I’m experiencing:

@cphillipsusu This is being investigated, and will be prioritized once we have resolved the higher priority items you have flagged.
