Unable to add @usu.edu users to Wiki #2

I am attempting to add the user with the email ---@usu.edu to our wiki from Settings > Members & Privacy.

However, when I try to do so I get the error “The following email addresses could not be invited: ---@usu.edu. Please verify that the addresses are correct.”

Do you have any feedback on how I can add that user? It is the same type of user as the other users already in that wiki – christopher.phillips@usu.edu and sierra.vanbeekum@usu.edu.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Settings > Members & Privacy
  2. Click on 'Add a Member'
  3. Add an @usu.edu email that is connected to a Google Account.
  4. See error

This seems to work for some @usu.edu users, but not others. Reported on 4/18/24.
